Çilesiz Mining, Consulting & Engineering is a Turkish company founded in 2013 with expertise in two core areas: industrial mineral supply and premium pet care products. We leverage our mining heritage to engineer high-quality, natural cat litters under our own brands (Catzone, ACE, Cat's Clay) and through private label partnerships for clients worldwide.

What are your cat litters made from?

 All our litters are made from 100% natural minerals. Our primary material is premium Turkish bentonite, a natural clay known for its exceptional clumping and odor-control properties. We also offer products made from sepiolite and diatomite.

Are your products dust-free?

Yes., our bentonite litters are 99.5% dust-free, ensuring a healthier environment for cats and a cleaner home for owners.

How do you control odor?

Our bentonite litters naturally encapsulate and neutralize odor upon contact with moisture, forming an airtight seal within the clump. For enhanced performance, we offer variants with activated carbon,

Do you offer different granule sizes and types?

Absolutely. We understand that preferences vary. We produce litters in multiple granule sizes (from 0.5mm to 4.0mm) and offer several main types of bentonite (White, Grey, Green, Brown), each with different absorption capacities and densities to suit various market needs.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

What is your ordering and shipping process?

The process is simple and transparent:

  1. Request a Quote: Contact us with your product and quantity requirements.

  2. Order Confirmation: Approve the proforma invoice and send your official Purchase Order (PO).

  3. Production & QC: We produce your order, with quality control at every stage.

  4. Shipping & Docs: We manage all logistics and provide all necessary shipping documents.

What shipping terms do you offer?

We offer flexible Incoterms, primarily EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost & Freight) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), to accommodate your logistical preferences and provide a seamless delivery experience to your designated port.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production time depends on the order size and customization. Once shipped, transit times vary by destination. Our logistics team will provide you with a clear timeline upon order confirmation.

Do you offer Private Label services?

Yes, it is one of our core specialties. We act as an extension of your team to create a custom cat litter product that embodies your brand's vision, from concept to market-ready reality.

What can be customized in a Private Label product?

Almost everything. From design to shipping.. We offer full customization of:

  • Bag Type & Size: CPP Plastic, PET+PE, Kraft paper, and box options in 5, 10, 15, and 20 kg (or liter) sizes.

  • Granule Specifications: Size, color, and bentonite type.

  • Scent: A wide range of perfume options like lavender, baby powder, citrus, etc.

  • Additives: Such as activated carbon for extra odor control.

What is the process for starting a Private Label partnership?
